Make it useful
We ship things people can act on, not dashboards they admire and ignore. If it does not help someone close a deal or save an hour, it is not done.
Plain over clever
We write and build so an 8th grader gets it. Clear beats impressive. That goes for our product, our docs, and how we talk to each other.
Respect the visitor
We take privacy seriously and treat people the way we would want to be treated. Trust is part of the product, not an afterthought.
